Responsibilities:Support customer Business Development team's interactions with OEMs and Tier 1 customers for vehicle optimization and core vehicle developmentSales responsibility for full vehicle engineering, including vehicle attribute optimization (energy/thermal management, NVH, dynamics, etc.), architectures, BiW, chassis, design, integration, builds and testing solutionsLead development of customer accounts, drive technology adoption, secure future business, and increase profitabilityDevelop strong customer partnerships across all levels of the organizationMaintain frequent and regular contact with customer decision makers (purchasing and engineering)Understand customer road maps and align with company goals and objectivesSupport identification and development of new business opportunitiesDevelop and execute sales plansHave ability to hold oneself accountable for results while meeting/exceeding key performance metricsSupport engineering team to identify and meet customer requirementsCoordinate multiple projects simultaneouslySupport trade shows, congresses and exhibitions from a business development and staffing perspectiveQualifications:

Requires a BS degree in mechanical or electrical engineeringA BA degree in Business will be considered if business experience strongly supports technical competence in vehicle engineeringBackground in vehicle engineering early on in career (body-in-white design or chassis design or vehicle attribute development)Sales (business development role) with industry contacts (key decision makers) at the OEMs in vehicle engineeringCandidate must have strong communication skillsExperience with automotive, Tier 1 and start-ups customers is a plusExperience with vehicle engineering services is a plusAbility to develop and support detailed technical presentations to customersExceptional written / oral English skillsAbility to support detailed and clear solutions, quotations, and proposals to customers.Ability to function in a matrixed, team organization with minimal supervision.What you'll get:
