Position: Business Development Manager (Cisco) - Local Candidates OnlyLocation: BayOne Office, Bangalore, IndiaSalary: Competitive and commensurate with experienceEmployment Type: Full-time with BayOne Solutions

Responsibilities:- Prior experience with Cisco clientele preferred.- Execute high-volume client engagement strategies, including prospecting, cold calling, email campaigns, and participation in networking events, aiming for a minimum of 10 meetings weekly.- Maintain flexibility in traveling to and from client sites as needed.- Display strong individual and team-oriented capabilities to manage schedules effectively and exceed set objectives.- Handle existing client accounts and identify potential new targets to meet or surpass monthly goals.- Take ownership of developing and maintaining a robust sales pipeline.- Cultivate relationships with key decision-makers at client organizations.- Work closely with the technical recruitment team to ensure client requirements are met.

Requirements:- 2-5 years of experience in outside sales, preferably in IT staffing.- Proven track record in delivering staffing solutions to local IT hiring managers and expanding business networks.- Previous exposure to CRM or Sales Enablement tools like Salesforce.- Proficient in direct sales for business development and client acquisition.- Demonstrated ability to nurture long-term client and candidate relationships.- Expertise in lead generation and cold calling to identify, support, and close sales.- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with adaptability for a fast-paced environment.- History of establishing professional relationships.- Well-connected within the industry segment, with a knack for acquiring and expanding customer base.- Ability to foster relationships with industry influencers and strategic partners.- Bonus points for a proven record of generating new business and driving revenue growth.
