Will . . .Maintain the confidentiality of all information at all timesPrepare, compose, and initiate correspondence, memoranda, presentation material and reports for the Managing Director National AccountsSchedule and maintain calendar of appointments, meetings, and coordinates all related arrangements for the Managing Director National Accounts and related partiesMake travel arrangements, domestic and internationalManage board preparation and quarterly results coordinationOrganize and prioritize workload to meet deadlinesFollow-up on all items received via email, phone, notes, mail, etc.Maintain appropriate records, files and documentationTrack and audit relevant documents/ requests from Managing Director National Accounts department headsPrepare all expense and accounts payable items accordinglyPrepare presentations and reports for the departmentFacilitate local to national transfers in the system of recodPay departments invoicesCoordinate meetings both virtual and in personAssist with answering and screening telephone calls, take messages, provide information, or redirect calls as appropriateAnswer customer and employee calls timelyOther duties as requestedThe Benefits . . .Challenging position with a financially stable and reputable companyComprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, maternity & life insurance401(k) plan with company match, employee stock purchase planEmployee discounts, tuition reimbursement, dependent scholarship awards ?Paid vacation, holidays, and sick leaveWork Environment:
