Investor Relations Manager

is responsible for supporting the implementation of the Investor Relations strategy by fostering relationships with the Investment Community, as well as with internal partners, including Executive Leadership.You will report to the Vice President of Investor Relations to assist in developing key Investor Relations workstreams, including quarterly earnings, investor conferences, annual meeting, and other ad hoc events. Responsibilities

You Will...Develop a strong understanding of the company, our strategy, and the pest control industry.Support the quarterly earnings process, including logistics and preparation of earnings release, conference call script, earnings presentation, and Q&A.Work closely with finance teams to analyze financial results and compile important metrics, insights, and other relevant information for discussions with management and the investment community.Review and analyze company and peer sell-side research, financial results, and call transcripts and market research to stay abreast of industry trends and prepare executive summaries as necessary.Assist with planning and logistics for marketing-related activities, collaborating closely with multiple internal and external parties, and support preparation of all marketing materials.Ensure up-to-date and accurate management of our Investor Relations website and maintain our CRM platform with all meetings and calls conducted.Analyze all 13-F filings and update quarterly ownership report.Assist with planning and executing our Annual Shareholders’ Meeting.Support the development of the department’s annual budget and serve as primary contact for third party vendors.Assist with other special projects such as peer benchmarking, industry analysis, internal and Board presentations, ESG analyses, and research reports.Provide general administrative and logistical support, including responding to general investor inquiries, calendar management, and drafting of weekly, monthly, and quarterly agendas.The Benefits...Challenging position with a financially stable and reputable company.Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, maternity & life insurance.401(k) plan with company match, employee stock purchase plan.Employee discounts, tuition reimbursement, dependent scholarship awards.Paid Time Off.Work Environment:

Opportunity for hybrid office and home-based working arrangements once onboarded and trained. Qualifications

The Experience You Will Bring (Minimum Requirements):Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics or related field.4 years of business experience in a large corporate, publicly traded company or investment or accounting firm.A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience specifically in an Investor Relations, sell-side/buy-side, investment banking, public accounting, and/or corporate finance role.Ability and interest to obtain certifications such as CFA or CPA.Strong business and financial acumen with an understanding of and familiarity with corporate finance, financial markets, the regulatory landscape, and the investment community.Strong quantitative and analytical skills with the ability to analyze and interpret complex financial data and analyst research to identify key trends and distill themes for management.Excellent written communication skills, including the ability to synthesize information and distill complex concepts into clear, concise statements and craft compelling financial and strategic communications.
