SENIOR MANAGER, INVESTOR RELATIONSJOB SUMMARYResponsible for supporting the investor relations efforts to broaden and deepen the investment community's understanding of Charter's fundamental growth opportunities and strategies. Key duties include managing Charter's investor relations website, monitoring peer company performance and industry developments, and supporting the quarterly results reporting process.

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESAssisting senior management in the preparation of quarterly results materials for the investment community, including Charter's quarterly investor presentations, results press releases, trending schedule, and other related materials.Managing and updating the investor relations website.Drafting and issuing press releases related to debt offerings and investment conference participation.Tracking, monitoring, and maintaining a database of sell-side analyst estimates.Monitoring peer company results and performance, industry news and developments, and relevant sell-side and industry research.Reviewing, tracking, and analyzing changes in Charter stock ownership.Assisting in the quality control of various documentation as needed.Supporting the planning and execution of the annual shareholders' meeting, including the preparation of meeting materials such as the annual report.Communicating with internal departments, including External Communications, Corporate Finance, Financial Reporting, Product and Technology, Legal, Operations, and Sales and Marketing, to gather information.Providing support for analyst meetings and calls as needed and participating in certain meetings and calls with investors.Actively and consistently supporting all efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experience.Performing other duties as assigned.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONSPossesses knowledge in financial reporting and the analysis of income statements and balance sheets.Demonstrates a clear understanding of financial modeling commonly utilized by financial and investment professionals.Experience and passion for TMT industry, inclusive of MSOs, MNO, hyperscalers, cloud, internet, mobile.Proficient in analyzing and interpreting data effectively.Adept at using personal computers and various software applications, including MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.Communicates in a professional and succinct manner.Capable of making decisions and solving problems efficiently, even under pressure.Demonstrates the ability to meet deadlines and establish clear priorities.Maintains confidentiality and adheres to the highest degree of professional standards.REQUIRED EDUCATIONBachelor's Degree in Business, Accounting or Finance.Experience in finance, accounting, capital markets (incl. sell-side research), investor relations, corporate finance - 5 years.PREFERRED SKILLS/ABILITIES AND KNOWLEDGEExperience in investor relations or finance within cable, telecom, and/or entertainment/media/internet organizations.Capability to comprehend and navigate a wide range of functional areas, including finance, legal, marketing, etc.Proven ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management and company personnel.Proficiency in evaluating systems and procedures and implementing improvements.Demonstrated judgment, initiative, and the capacity to accomplish job duties effectively.PREFERRED EDUCATIONMBA in Business, Accounting or Finance and/or CFA, CPA.
