Head of Investor RelationsKey Role:

Lead Booz Allen Hamilton's Investor Relations program, which seeks to maximize shareholder value by identifying, attracting, and retaining long-term investors. Develop and execute an investor communication and engagement strategy with potential and existing shareholders, sell side and buy side analysts. Oversee all aspects of the firm’s investor relations functions, including planning and preparation of quarterly earnings documents, investor day programs, ad hoc investor outreach, non-deal roadshows, and other strategic external communications and engagement with the investment community. Contribute to this strategic goal, you'll develop and deliver clear and compelling scripts, presentations, press releases, Q&A and other content necessary to effectively communicate to current and potential investors regarding the firm's strategy, past financial results, and expected future financial performance. Engage firm leadership to ensure maximum impact by tailoring firm-wide messages for the investment community, and drive investor targeting while responding to investors’ requests. Lead analytical efforts to provide insights for leadership regarding equity valuation, competitor results, and equity market performance. Lead and develop a strong operational and business partnering-oriented team and organization. Due to the nature of work performed within this facility, U.S. citizenship is required.

Basic Qualifications:

10+ years of experience with finance including investor relations and in forecasting, planning and analysis, equity research, financial communications, and investment banking.

Experience with investor engagement and engagement with debt markets.

Experience with maintaining a network of contacts in the buy-side and sell-side community.

Experience with quantitative financial analysis, including GAAP public company financial statement analysis, and application of valuation theory.

Experience with leading teams and managing projects.

Ability to travel to attend investor conferences.

Bachelor’s degree.

Additional Qualifications:

Experience in finance preferred.

Experience in working with C-suite executives.

Experience with business or financial management at the corporate, division, or business unit level, including a focus on management of key performance indicators.

Experience with strategy consulting or working in a consulting-oriented environment, including client service orientation and solving problems for internal or external clients.

Experience with quantitative and qualitative modeling, accounting, and financial fields.

Experience with government contracting and a public, complex, or global company a plus.

Ability to build relationships and communicate with peers, subordinates, and executive management.

Possession of excellent analytical, critical thinking and leadership skills.

Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance or in English.
