We're currently looking for 1st shift, working 4 days a week starting at 4am, Saturdays required.
What You Will Do:
As a Coke Florida Driver Merchandiser Assistant, you will be responsible for working with a Coke Florida Driver Merchandiser to deliver, merchandise, and maintain products within customer outlets and accounts.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Responsible for assisting with delivery and merchandising of productsUnload, merchandise, display and rotate products according to company standardsMaintain customer relationshipsOrganize backroom inventory in an ordered mannerMaintain cleanliness of equipment, sales floor, and shelves where necessaryComply with all company policies, procedures, and applicable lawsIdentifying and reporting any unsafe working conditionsComply with dress code or appearance/grooming standardsWork shifts and work schedules as assignedFor this role, you will need:
Must be at least 18 years of ageAbility to operate a hand-truck and powered industrial equipmentAdditional qualifications that will make you successful in this role:
High School diploma or GED preferredPrior grocery store or consumer product retail experience preferredCustomer service experience preferredThis role is highly physical, and you must have the:
Ability to repetitively lift, carry, and position objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistanceAbility to repetitively push and pull objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance while kneeling; squatting; reaching above the head; reaching at the waist; reaching below the knees; and bending at the kneesAbility to repetitively push and pull manual transport equipment (for example, pallet jack, hand truck) containing product loads a minimum of 100 yards without assistanceAbility to repetitively grasp and manipulate objects of varying size and weight requiring fine motor skills and hand-eye coordinationAbility to exert oneself physically over sustained periods of time to complete job activitiesAbility to stand a minimum of 6 hours during the workdayAbility to walk a minimum of 4 miles during the workdayFrequently work in a hot/humid outdoor environmentThis job description is not an exhaustive list of all functions that the employee may be required to perform, and the employee may be required to perform additional functions.
