KORE1, a nationwide provider of staffing and recruiting solutions, has an immediate opening for an IT Project Manager in Oxnard, California.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
Lead and manage IT projects.Develop and manage project plans and schedules.Manage and align resources and tasks to achieve project objectives.Monitor and report project progress to stakeholders.Identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependenciesCollaborate with cross-functional teams.Create and execute change management plans, including communication and training needed to minimize operational and end-user disruption from projectsManage scope and deliverables of third-party vendorsLead communication cadences and events aimed at keeping stakeholders informed of project progress, risks, and decisions needed.Identify opportunities for process improvements and system optimizations.Stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies that may benefit the organization.Lead the implementation of new systems or system enhancements. This may involve coordinating with a variety of teams, stakeholders, and vendors to ensure all work needed for successful implementation is completed successfully. It may also include creating and delivering user training.Perform other duties of a similar nature and level as assigned.
WORK SCHEDULE:
The normal work week is Monday through Thursday 8:00am to 6:00pm and alternating Fridays 8:00am to 5:00pm.
Job Requirements
Minimum Qualifications
The following are the minimum qualifications necessary for entry into the classification:
EDUCATION:A Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution with major coursework in Computer Science, Information Systems, Electronics Engineering, Voice/Data Communications, Public/Business Administration or a related field
EXPERIENCE:Five (5) years of project management experience
LICENSING/CERTIFICATIONS:
Valid CA Class C Driver's License
OTHER REQUIREMENTS:Must be able to effectively communicate in English, both orally and in writing
