We are looking for an energetic, self-motivated Account Manager who can thrive in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate must be comfortable making outgoing calls, qualifying prospects, following up on leads, and closing sales.

Responsibilities:Develops sales opportunities by researching and identifying potential accounts; soliciting new accounts; building rapport; providing information and explanations; preparing quotationsDevelops accounts by checking customers' buying history; suggesting related and new items; explaining technical featuresContacts customers via phone to drive leads through Sales PipelineMaintains and expands database of prospects within assigned customersUnderstands and prioritizes customer needs and requirementsAchieve Monthly QuotasRemains knowledgeable and up to date on products and services that FDH Aero and its partners provideIdentify and drive improvements in sales processes and systemsPursues open non-conforming submittals for disposition with customerCapable of negotiating discounts with customer in order to complete the saleResponsible for maintaining export licensing with international customers. Understanding of product both import/export and working with customs brokersCompletely read and review purchase orders accurately, comparing information on the purchase order to the quotations to validate order specifics and transfer accurately the full details to sales orders in a timely mannerBasic Qualifications:

3-5 years of inside sales experience in the aerospace industry is preferredProficiency in Microsoft OfficeTrack record of achievementAbility to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectivelyAccurate Data Entry, attention to detailGoal-orientedStrong Verbal and written competenciesAbility to work within a team, influencing othersStrong Work Ethic

Job Type: Full Time

Pay: $70,000 annually
