We leverage cutting-edge technology and data analytics to provide comprehensive fleet tracking, management, and optimization services.We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Vice President of Revenue Operations to join our executive team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and integrating all revenue-related functions, including sales operations, customer success, revenue strategy, and business analytics. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong background in scaling revenue in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute a comprehensive revenue operations strategy that aligns with the company's goals and market opportunities.Lead and integrate the operations of sales, customer success, and revenue management teams to ensure a seamless customer experience and efficient revenue generation.Establish and track key metrics to measure the effectiveness of revenue operations and identify areas for improvement.Collaborate with the executive team to define and implement scalable processes and systems that support business growth.Provide insights and strategic direction based on data analysis and market trends to inform decision-making and business planning.Manage and mentor a high-performing team, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement.Partner with marketing, product, and finance departments to align strategies and optimize the customer journey from acquisition to retention.Oversee the development and implementation of technology solutions and tools to improve revenue operations efficiency and effectiveness.Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field; MBA preferred.Minimum of 10 years of experience in sales operations, revenue management, or a related field, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.Proven track record of successfully scaling revenue in a high-growth, technology-focused environment.Strong analytical and data-driven mindset with experience in CRM and revenue operation tools.Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working collaboratively across departments and with executive leadership.Deep understanding of the fleet management industry and SaaS business models is highly desirable.Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree; 10+ years of relevant experience including 7+ years management or leadership experience.
