Our project types include providing decision support through insights and analytics for new product planning, launch strategy, portfolio / disease area strategy, and organizational strategy / change management. We have offices in NY, San Francisco, Boston, London, Zurich, Mumbai & Gurgaon.As a Consultant / Senior Consultant, you will work across Blue Matter as a functional expert, playing a key role in identifying analytical solutions to complex client needs.Primary ResponsibilitiesAs a key member of cross-functional client facing teams, develop and execute project plans to support initiatives that include, but are not limited to:Forecasting solutions (early-stage through post launch assets)Primary market research (quantitative, quali-quant, and qualitative)ScopingManagement of vendors fielding quant tools or executing program recruitmentRaw data analysis and synthesisStory development, including deliverable readout development3 rd party raw data analysis (MMIT, IQVIA, etc.)Development of Budget Impact Models (payer / provider) in support of core strategy initiativesDevelopment of traditional pharmaceutical Gross-to-Net modelsFinancial projections pertaining to reimbursement policy changes (e.g., ASP reform, wastage penalties, drug pricing caps, etc.)Development of payer / provider contract strategy simulation modelsInpatient DRG analysisCost threshold analysis in support of NTAP applicationsAnalytics in support of patient services (PAP and co-pay) programsAnalytics in support of BD&L programsDesired Experience and SkillsDemonstrated expertise in quantitative modeling involving pharmaceutical assetsDemonstrated experience in execution of quantitative primary market researchFamiliarity with U.S. coverage, payment, and pricing dynamics (including government pricing)Familiarity U.S. site of care financial dynamicsAdvanced level analytical skills including quantitative modelingFamiliarity with core 3 rd party data sets involving provider unit data, payer access data, analog sales data, etc.Ability to translate raw data analysis into impactful client presentations with actionable insightsExcellent communication skills (internal and client facing)Preferred Qualifications:Advanced degree(s) (PhD, MD, MBA, or MS)4 years of quantitative analytical experienceDemonstrated ability to integrate business and industry knowledge in developing creative solutionsCompensation: Base salary range: $120,000 - $190,000 per year .
