We have a strong global presence with offices in the US (San Francisco, New York, and Boston), Europe (London, Zurich, Netherlands), and India.As a Consultant / Senior Consultant with Blue Matter, you will join a startup firm with a dynamic and growing team of seasoned consultants, and have the opportunity to help grow and build the company. You will work collaboratively with senior internal and client team members to address critical business issues in biotechnology and pharmaceuticals, and deliver value through providing innovative and actionable solutions to our clients.Primary Responsibilities
Execute on assigned project tasksPrepare materials for project meetingsExecute analysis of primary and secondary research effortsCreate and utilize analytical tools to support decision makingDevelop materials communicating results of analysesIdentify key insights, recommendations, opportunities, and threats to inform corporate and commercial strategiesDemonstrate accountability for completion of project responsibilitiesRegularly engage senior level clientsDesired Experience and Skills
Understanding of the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industriesDemonstrated ability to integrate business and industry knowledge in developing creative solutionsStrong analytical and problem solving skillsExcellent written and oral communication skillsSolid time management skillsDemonstrated ability to work in team environmentProficiency in PowerPoint and ExcelPreferred Qualifications
Advanced degree(s) (PhD, MD, MBA, or MS) with 1+ years of consulting experience orUndergrad degree with 2+ years of consulting experience or2+ years of biopharma industry experienceCompensation:
Base salary range: $110,000 - $160,000 depending on experience. Generous incentive compensation structure.Benefits Package:
