Your responsibilities will include conducting financial analysis to support investment decisions on new center development. This is an opportunity for you to give as a valuable business partner, applying both qualitative and quantitative data to develop insightful analyses.RESPONSIBILITIES:Develop thorough and well-documented pro forma models for new centersAnalyze market variables and existing portfolio financials to develop inputs for pro forma modelsCollaborate with cross-functional partners to drive financial decision makingPresent your analysis in a concise and easy-to-understand formatShare your analytical perspective with key decision makersFacilitate meetings with essential team members to discuss analysis assumptions and assess potential risks and opportunitiesDevelop and deliver presentations outlining the benefits of proposed initiatives to senior leadersMaintain and upgrade real estate investment modelsSupport the broader growth strategy by developing and analyzing new business modelsAnalyze market demographics, city planning initiatives, competition, and other market factors to identify growth opportunitiesApply commonly used investment metrics (NPV, IRR, etc.) for financial modeling.Maintain regular reports on the performance of the real estate portfolioQualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Real Estate, or field required; MBA degree preferred2-5 years of experience in finance or real estate investment analysis requiredStrong proficiency in Excel and sophisticated modelingExperience in analyzing the real estate market and using dataStrong understanding of analysis, cash-flow modeling concepts, and investment metricsAbility to effectively handle multiple projects and prioritize deadlinesStrong skills and ability to propose solutionsDisplaying a proactive and inquisitive approach to drive business successExcellent communication skills to convey financial conceptsOur benefits meet you where you are.
