Description

  • Superintendent - Office Tenant Improvement - Los Angeles
  • Oversee all aspects of high-end office tenant improvement projects from start to finish.
  • Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Manage onsite construction activities, including scheduling, progress tracking, and safety compliance.
  • Implement and enforce project-specific safety programs and protocols.
  • Conduct regular site inspections and quality control checks to ensure work meets company standards and client expectations.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, project teams, and stakeholders to provide updates on project status and address any concerns or issues promptly.
  • Utilize Procore and Microsoft Project software to track project progress, manage documentation, and streamline communication.

Profile

  • 7-8 years of experience in commercial construction, with a focus on high-end office tenant improvements.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing construction projects from inception to completion.
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire project teams to achieve excellence.
  • Proficiency in Procore and Microsoft Project software.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of local building codes, regulations, and industry best practices.
  • OSHA 30-hour certification preferred.
