Learn more at .About the role(We are hiring for all levels of experience.)We are looking for a Senior Data Infrastructure Engineer who is excited about building products that wrangle autonomous vehicle (AV) data to supercharge our customers. You will drive the design and development of data infrastructure across our products and internal tools. At Applied Intuition, we encourage all engineers to take ownership over technical and product decisions, interact closely with users to collect feedback, and contribute to a thoughtful, dynamic team culture.At Applied Intuition, you will:Design powerful data pipelines that efficiently process large volumes of AV sensor and telemetry dataEnable product workflows that expose performant query interfaces and offer easy-to-use integration hooksBuild features to tune processing pipeline for fast data ingestion and indexing depending on customer's needs and workloadsDevelop and deploy high-quality software using modern tooling and frameworksWork with products and teams across Applied IntuitionWork with customers across the AV ecosystem to understand their needs and the innards of their data systemsWe're looking for someone who has:Experience with open source data processing frameworks (Spark, RabbitMQ, Kafka, etc.)Experience with different data lakes or warehousesExperience with containerization and other modern software development workflowsAbility to take initiative and ownership in a fast-paced environmentNice to have:Expertise with multiple modern programming languages (Python, C++, Go, etc.)Prior work in enterprise software, including on-prem and/or cloud deploymentsPrior work in either autonomy or simulation productsThe salary range for this position is $65,000 USD to $400,000 USD annually. This salary range is an estimate, and the actual salary may vary based on the Company's compensation practices.Don’t meet every single requirement?
