North Country HealthCare is transforming healthcare for rural Arizona as a Primary Care, Federally Qualified Teaching Health Center. We provide Family Medicine, Pediatrics, Obstetrics/Gynecology, Dental, Physical Therapy, and Behavioral Health services to the under-served population throughout northern Arizona. Lake Havasu City with a population of 57,000 sits on the border of California and is a true desert climate. Weekends are spent on the golf courses, boating, hiking, biking or exploring the nearby hills. - Attractive total compensation package ranging from $195,500.00 to $215,500.00 dependent on program incentives during first year of practice.

To become a part of our dedicated clinic team, you need the following qualifications:
- Have earned an MD or DO degree and completed a Family Medicine or Internal Medicine residency
- Be board eligible or board certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
- Prefer working at an FQHC, CHC, (under-served populations)
