Provide diversified assistance to the Director by ensuring adherence to guidelines and interventions as it pertains to state and federal accountability and oversee the day-to-day operations of the office. Prepare reports and presentation materials. Receive and responds to correspondence, directs visitors and schedules meetings.Ensure reports, applications, along with state and federal mandated evaluations, department-related documents, board documents, sanctions and appeals with the State Office for school accountability.Provide regular feedback to the Director regarding the status of federal and state accountability processes, sanctions, and procedures.Assist in the processing of documents pertaining to state and federal accountability as well as adherence to guidelines and timelines in their completion.Ensure timely notification of department staff regarding issues relating to federal and state accountability policies, procedures, and practice.Maintain daily attendance records and submit monthly payroll on Oracle.Prepare requisitions for office materials, monitor available funds, verify the receipt of materials, and generate budget reports as requested.Answer incoming calls, take reliable messages, and route to appropriate staff, and provide general information to employees, parents, and the public.Performs all other tasks and duties as assigned.Qualifications

Accredited High School Diploma or equivalent (U.S.A equivalency) required; Associate's degree preferred.Four (4) years of directly related experience; school district experience preferred.Proficiency in keyboardingword processing, spreadsheets, and file maintenance.Demonstrated organizational, prioritization, communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills required to achieve the goals of the position.Ability to effectively interact with all levels of district personnel and the public.
