Summary:

As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for nurturing and expanding relationships with clients in the software-as-a-service (SAAS) industry, particularly within the tech startup sector. You will play a crucial role in understanding client needs, providing personalized solutions, and driving revenue growth through upselling and cross-selling initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, building and maintaining strong relationships based on trust, transparency, and proactive communication.Collaborate with the sales team to prospect and qualify leads, conduct product demonstrations, and close new business deals.Develop account plans and strategies to maximize client satisfaction, retention, and lifetime value.Maintain a deep understanding of the company's SAAS products, features, and capabilities, as well as industry trends, competitive landscape, and market dynamics.Ensure successful onboarding and implementation of new clients, working closely with customer success and support teams to address any issues or concerns.Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field. Additional certifications in sales or account management are a plus.Proven experience in sales or account management, with a track record of success in selling SAAS products or services.C1/C2 English proficiencyDemonstrated experience working with tech startups or within the tech industry, with a strong understanding of startup dynamics, challenges, and opportunities.Strong sales acumen and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport, influence stakeholders, and close deals.Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to listen actively, empathize with clients, and understand their business needs.Strategic thinker with the ability to develop account plans, identify growth opportunities, and execute sales strategies effectively.Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving sales targets, driving revenue growth, and delivering exceptional client satisfaction.Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills, capable of managing multiple client accounts and priorities simultaneously.
