Job Description
Work as an experienced cloud engineer to work with our engineering team tomigrate various applications and ensure the security of the cloudinfrastructure.
Responsibilities* Migrate multi-tiered workloads from on-prem to company cloud* Implement new workload/service using the company's private cloud* Support requirements gathering for migration/implementation* Test and implement cloud-based services to support ongoing cloudmigration* Develop and maintain secure and reliable cloud infrastructure(backup, monitoring, and secure logging)* Provide support for security policies and procedures* Develop and maintain technical documentation* Troubleshoot technical issues
Salary: $90K- $105K / year
Qualifications
* At least 5 years of experience in the field of cloud computing* Experience with onsite to cloud migration assessment andimplementation* Worked and hands-on experience in cloud migration and a multi-cloudenvironment* Worked on data/DB migration* Knowledge of cloud computing technology (AWS, Azure, GCP)* Experience with networking, compute infrastructure such as servers,database, firewall, load balance* Knowledge of system monitoring, capacity planning and understandarchitecture principles across infrastructure platform* Hands-on experience with administrator on variety of Linux/Windowssystems* Hands-on experience with cluster configuration (Windows, Linux)* Must have OS/DB level trouble-shooting skill* Experience with information security practices and procedures* Documentation skills using MS Office products.* Must have willingness and ability to travel domesticallyapproximately 30% of the time to meet client needs
