Associate Salesperson
to join its rapidly growing
New York City-based
brokerage business. NNN Pro was formed more than 20 years ago, has sold/closed more than $30 billion of net leased real estate, and includes more than 100 team members located across the country.Candidates must have strong communication skills, professional demeanor, and demonstrated interest in pursuing a career in real estate sales.Associates receive a partial forgivable draw in addition to commissions; however, please note this role is
a primarily commission-based role with unlimited earnings potential.Responsibilities:Database and perform proactive outreach to prospective clientsCreate proposal packages, marketing materials, and offering memorandumsPerform market and property research to be used in marketing materials and valuation reportsAnalyze, review, and interpret real estate source documents, including operating statements, loan documents, leases, and other due diligence materialConsolidate sales, market, and rent comparablesAssist in deal management efforts including drafting / collecting key documentsTravel to sites / properties to provide brokers/clients with informed insightsRequired Qualifications:Experience or demonstrated interest in salesDemonstrated interest in real estate industryProficient in Microsoft Office products including Excel, Word, and PowerPointMust obtain MA State Real Estate License within first 90 daysDesired Qualifications:Comfortable with cold calls and client outreachUnderstanding of real estate fundamentalsEffective oral and written communication skillsOutstanding quantitative and analytical skillsMotivated self-starter with effective time management skills and strong attention to detailA desire to work within a fast-paced, collaborative and entrepreneurial environment
