We are looking for an experienced DevOps Engineer who can design and implement distributed enterprise applications using Microservices and business automation patterns to modernize existing IT solutions. The ideal candidate should experience working in an Agile and DevSecOps environment. The candidate should be able to communicate solution architecture to stakeholders and lead the design, implementation, and testing of new software components built on a technology stack using industry-standard tools and design patterns.Responsibilities:Design and implement CI/CD pipelines using industry-standard practices for container-based and cloud-based applicationsTranslate requirements into technical design and provide estimates in collaboration with product management.Help design, document, and maintain system artifacts, including solution architecture and information workflow diagrams.Support Agile-based activities and responsibilities, including Scrum cadences, Epic and user story development and tracking, user story blocker analysis and resolutionAssist application teams with triaging cloud and Kubernetes-based issuesIdentify and resolve bugs and inefficiencies in current solutionsAdhere to Agile development methodology and demonstrate and apply scaled Agile framework (SAFe) fundamentals and best practices.Provide feedback to teammates on technical implementation, documents, and code reviews.Required Qualifications:US Citizenship and ability to pass a Public Trust background checkCandidates must have a minimum of 2 years of deploying/automating Google native servicesCandidate background should emphasize experience with providing application support (i.e., building and maintaining pipeline and/or OpenShift deployments)Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field3+ years of DevOps experience and 3+ years of software engineering experienceDesired Qualifications :Experience onboarding new applications to a CI/CD processWorking knowledge of Linux and operating system securityFoundational knowledge of implementing and managing IT solutions within the Google Cloud Platform (GCP)Experience working with Atlassian suite of project management tools (JIRA, Insight, Confluence)The ideal candidate will possess experience with Docker and Openshift or related container orchestration tools, Jenkins or other CI/CD tools, Google Cloud Platform (GCP) or other major cloud providers, Git and Gitlab, scripting in Ansible, Terraform, bash, python, RHEL and Windows operating systems, Postgres, MySQL, MongoDB, Java, and Angular applications.If you meet the qualifications and are interested in joining our team, please submit your application today.
