Must have experience deploying services with cloud providers such as AWS, Azure, and/or Google CloudMust have experience with deploying and maintaining Infrastructure-as-Code using declarative languages such as Terraform or CloudFormationMust have experience with end-to-end automation of CI/CD containerized pipelines (Jenkins, Travis CI, CircleCI, GitLab CI/CD, GitHub Actions), including security checks during stages, automating software builds, testing, and deploymentsMust be proficient in scripting (ie. Responsibilities
Work in an Agile environment as part of a full design and development team, participating in scrum ceremonies, interacting with and supporting our customer.Support the development team in deploying, maintaining, and troubleshooting web applications.Deploy new CI/CD workflows and improve the scope of existing ones.Serve as the subject matter expert for containerization and DevSecOps and provide relevant advice to team members and customers.Must be able to respond to incidents and handling alertsAnalyze and resolve issues in the development and production environmentsThoroughly document and maintain records of processes, configurations, and system changesResolve performance bottlenecks in the infrastructure and applications
Qualifications
10+ years of professional experience with 5+ as a DevSecOps Engineer and/or Software DeveloperMust have experience within Agile environment and Agile methodologies and DevOps principles to facilitate collaboration and continue improvementMust have experience deploying services with cloud providers such as AWS, Azure, or Google CloudMust have experience with deploying and maintaining Infrastructure-as-Code using declarative languages such as Terraform or CloudFormationMust have experience with end-to-end automation of CI/CD containerized pipelines (Jenkins, Travis CI, CircleCI, GitLab CI/CD, GitHub Actions), including security checks during stages, automating software builds, testing, and deploymentsUnderstanding of Containerization and Orchestration platforms such as Docker and Kubernetes, and contain-native workflowsMust have experience with Ansible, Puppet, or Chef as configuration management tools for maintaining and configuring servers as well as experience with change tracking processesMust be proficient in scripting (ie. Python, Ruby, or Shell)Must have experience with GitHub/GitLab account with open source contributions and version controlExperience with Java Spring Framework (Springboot)Experience with OpensearchUnderstanding of Infrastructure and Cloud Services experience with Virtual Machines, Databases, Load Balancers, and Networking (ie. routing, firewalls, load balancing)Must have experience setting up and configuring monitoring tools for log analysis (Nagios, ELK, Grafana, and/or Prometheus)Familiarity with SQL for database administration and managementUnderstanding of security best practices and the ability to implement security measure in CI/CD pipeline and infrastructureMust have strong communication skills and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams
