Insights Product Manager

The Insights product leverages existing Clearwater data to enable clients to make more informed decisions. This role operates as a "startup within an established company," blending the agility and creative spirit of a startup with the substantial resources of an industry leader. Your task will be to develop a product from the ground up, creating strategies that translate ideas to value for our clients. Job Expectations:
As the Product Manager for Insights, you are expected to lead both the strategic and tactical aspects of product development. This is a 0 to 1 product role, where you will be responsible for identifying market opportunities, defining the product vision, and guiding it from an initial concept to a fully operational and successful product. You will work closely with our engineering leader, data analytics, and sales and marketing teams to develop the product vision. You should be comfortable navigating uncertainty by creating frameworks to answer the unknown.
Key Responsibilities:
Define and iterate the product roadmap, translating business ideas into product vision and prioritizing roadmap to ensure features will lead to business impact.
Lead cross-functional teams utilizing the depth and backing of the larger organization while maintaining the speed and nimbleness of a startup.
Conduct client research to deeply understand customer pain points.
Manage the product lifecycle from concept to launch, including iterations and enhancements based on user feedback.
Encourage a culture of innovation and experimentation, continuously optimizing for user experience
Initiate and partner with data team to leverage analytics with the goal of understanding potential product feature improvement and innovation
Communicate to internal stakeholders on progress and vision to ensure the product does not live in a silo
Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management, preferably in a tech-focused role within financial services, fintech, or a similar field.
Have a basic understanding of financial assets classes and analytics.
Hands on experience in analytics to support theses with numbers.
Demonstrated proficiency in Figma for visualizing ideas and interacting with engineering teams.
Comfortable with technical discussions to translate business needs into product requirements.
Entrepreneurial mindset, comfortable with ambiguity and passionate about building new products from the ground up.
Desired Traits:
A proactive approach to problem-solving and the capability to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient in utilizing SQL in data analyses (experience using Python is a plus!)
Creative thinking and an ability to innovate beyond conventional frameworks.
Strong problem-solving skills with a hands-on approach to product management.
High degree of ownership and commitment to delivering high-quality, successful products.

Salary Range
$156,400.00 - $210,841.00
This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on relevant experience, other job-related
