Job Summary:
Ed Rinke Chevrolet Buick GMC, a leading dealership in the Auto industry located in Center Line, Michigan, is seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Parts Counter Sales Consultant to join our team. This is a full-time individual contributor role with a competitive base salary plus commission structure. The Parts Counter Sales Consultant will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and driving sales by assisting customers with their automotive part needs.

Greet and assist customers who visit the Parts Counter, providing them with excellent customer service and addressing any inquiries they may haveListen to customers' needs and recommend appropriate parts or products to meet their requirementsProcess orders for parts and products, utilizing the dealership's computer system and following proper proceduresConduct inventory checks and retrieve parts from the warehouse as neededKeep track of invoices and payments, ensuring accuracy and completenessMaintain a clean and organized Parts Counter area, restocking shelves and keeping inventory levels up-to-dateContinuously update knowledge of current trends, new products, and inventory levels in order to provide knowledgeable and accurate assistance to customersCommunicate effectively with other departments, such as Service and Sales, to ensure timely and efficient completion of customer ordersMeet and exceed sales goals and quotas set by managementFollow all safety protocols and guidelines in the workplaceRequirements:
High school diploma or equivalentPrior experience in Auto industry and/or parts sales preferredExcellent communication and customer service skillsStrong organizational and time-management skillsAbility to multitask and work in a fast-paced environmentProficient in computer and internet usageValid driver's license and a clean driving recordMust be able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of timeEEOC Statement:
