5 yrs experience of the following required Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Sharepoint, Teams, OneDrive, etc) usage Desktop support PC specifications and purchasing Desktop imaging and installation of applications Experience supporting IT for employees of the State of NC Microsoft certifications Excellent written and verbal communication skills Experience supporting A/V equipment Excellent background support end users in a M365 environment with specific emphasis on Outlook, Teams, and SharePoint
