Rapyuta Robotics is seeking talented and ambitious individuals with a can-do attitude to help revolutionize robotics. We build and operate the world's first cloud robotics platform. On top of this platform, we have built multiple exciting robotics products such as a Automated Warehouse

(ASRS: Automated Storage and Retrieval Systems) solution for warehouses. You will be part of the ASRS team that operates with an exciting mission of expanding the product in the US. This position needs to frequently travel domestically in the US to visit customers' locations and trade shows.

Responsibilities

You will be the main contact from the first contact with a customer to closing a deal, as the best supporter of the customer. (After the purchase order, you will be requested to support the Project Management team which leads the deployment.)Find warm leads from the previous contact lists and contact them with priorityGenerate new deals with acquisition marketing team and partner / agencyDevelop strong relationships with our clients and business partners; propose business deals by discovering win-win scenariosPrioritize potential business deals by analyzing market strategies; deal requirements; product potential; and financials; evaluating options; aligning with internal prioritiesMake proposals and close new business deals by clarifying and coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirements with business operationsWork closely with internal Data Analysis team, Solutioning team and Product team to create the best proposals for customersUnderstand industry-specific trends and landscapesEffectively communicate value propositions through presentations and proposalsReport on forces that shift strategic directions of accounts and tactical budgetsIdentify trend-setting ideas in relevant fields by researching industry and related events; publications; corporate announcements; and provide feedback to our management team and product teamRequirements

Minimum Qualifications:

A bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in engineering or tech-related industry, particularly ICT and/or robotics. Experience in ASRS is most preferred.At least 5 to 7 years of sales leadership experience in management position such as a Sales Manager or Business Development Manager or similar role involving business-to-business corporate-level experience in 3PL, WMS, supply chain, system integration and the robotics automation industryExperience in new customer acquisition from enterprises and achieving revenue targetsExperience in sales of millions of dollars industrial equipment/systemsStrong market research and strategic analysis skillsSkill in Microsoft Excel (a certain level of data handling) and PowerPointSkill and experience for demand generationExcellent verbal and written communications skills in English to drive international dealsSolid track record in managing pipelines and closing deals with clientsOrganized, punctual, and strong attention to detailExcellent listening, presentation skills, Excel skills and negotiation skillsActive Listening skills to find customers' needs and pains, with the power of observationPreferred Qualifications:

Advanced technical degree or MBA from a top international schoolPrior experience in ICT and/or robotics
