Marketing Coordinator
The Marketing Coordinator will assist the marketing team to develop, coordinate, and implement, the marketing to support B2C and B2B marketing. The position will focus on developing, executing, and managing traditional and digital media marketing; social media management, community building and engagement, and personalized marketing efforts targeted to our events.
Responsibilities:
Implements marketing tactics to support conference and event marketing, brand campaigns.Supports marketing plan development in collaboration with franchise management team including all live, print, online programsDevelops copy for promotional efforts as needed - emails, social media, newsletters, and supports campaign marketing copy development as neededCoordinate promotional efforts with collaborative partners for activitiesCoordinate digital marketing: email, newsletters, banner ads, e-newsletters, social media campaigns, etc.Researches competitive products by identifying and evaluating product characteristics, and marketing advertising.Monitors budgets by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecastsEstablish and maintain timelines for marketing plans and engagement campaigns, reporting the key metrics on a monthly and project basisMaintain and enhance relationships with internal sources that assist our organization with our promotional efforts including: PER Business Unit, Project Management.Plans live meetings by identifying, assembling, and coordinating requirements; establishing contacts; developing schedules and assignments; coordinating mailing listsCoordinate all details of conferences promotional efforts including handouts, door drops, pull ups, directional signage, program ads - coordinates shipping materials with meeting management teamCoordinate the appearance of all Organization print and electronic materials such as letterhead, use of logo, brochures, etc.Qualifications:
Exceptional organizational and follow-up skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to see long-term assignments through to completionAdherence to numerous and strict deadlinesOrganized, creative, and efficientStrong customer service orientation and ability to act diplomaticallyProven ability to work under deadline pressure, both independently and as part of a teamStrict attention to detailExcellent problem-solving skillsProficient with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel and OutlookBachelor's DegreeDuties and responsibilities may be added, deleted, or changed at any time at the discretion of management, formally or informally, either verbally or in writing
