Advanced GIS Analyst

Skills:1. Advanced experience with Esri's Roads & Highways2. Advanced experience in GIS analysis, including the Esri suite of products3. Advanced experience working with linear referencing systems4. Strong knowledge and understanding of GIS principals, theories and practices5. Strong skills in development of analysis procedure, complex system integration, software configuration management, and business analysis6. Experience troubleshooting and providing customer support7. Experience working with large, relational databases8. Experience with integrating and implementing complex technology solutions
