LiveIntent is looking for a self-motivated candidate to join our team as an

Account Manager

supporting our Mid-Market and Enterprise/Agency sales teams. As an Account Manager, you will collaborate with multiple departments and help support our sales teams to establish and grow revenue-generating accounts in all pre and post-sale related activities. This role will assist in prospecting the customer base, planning how to close deals and setting up, and reporting on the campaigns.

The Account Manager role will be based in New York and is an in office hybrid position. As an Account Manager you are also expected to attend NYC-based client and team events and meetings as needed.

Responsibilities:Play a key part in client communication, sales planning, decks, media plans, QBR'sWork in tandem with the Sales team on client correspondence throughout the pre-sale process and help communicate feedback to internal stakeholders - this includes but is not limited to; RFP and media plan revisions, specs, production timelines, benchmarks, required assets, etc.Act as a key participant in RFP brainstorms while working in tandem with the seller and other internal teams to craft strategic media plans and pitch decks in a timely and detail-oriented mannerGather all materials for client meetings, internal meetings, proactive outreach, and client requests inclusive of media plans with corresponding marketing materialsEnter all media plans into agency templates and ensure IOs are thoroughly checked and signed; Handle any IO revisions with legal/tech teamsSupport with onboarding accounts and managing existing accountsUnderstand and utilize Kantar brand study surveys; keeping abreast of all relevant new information and capabilities and communicating to the Sales team at largeWork closely with optimizers to ensure campaign success throughout the campaign including weekly pacing meetings for all accountsAccompany AE to select client meetings, lunches, dinners, and events to develop strong client relationshipsPull campaign screenshots and creating thoughtful, insightful wrap reports with internal teamsUnderstand and contribute to the development of ad product offerings, specs, and operational capabilitiesTransition sold campaigns with extreme detail to ensure no sold elements slip through the cracks, as well as work closely with internal/external stakeholders to ensure a flawless launchQualifications:

A minimum of2 years relevant work experience in advertising, media planning, marketing, and/or related fieldMust have client-facing experience with mid-large enterprise clientsUnderstanding of the programmatic advertising ecosystemExperience with GAM (DFP), DCM, Mediavisor, and other ad servers a plusUnderstanding of digital brand advertising, and email marketingExperience at a media publisher is a plusAnalytical mindset with impeccable attention to detailExperience with Google Suite and proficiency in ExcelExcellent research, oral and written communication skills, and proven history of following up in a timely mannerProficient multi-tasking, organization and time management skillsThe drive to work hard with an ambition to learn and succeedAt LiveIntent, we've introduced a hybrid workplace model to be present with one another, share learnings and collaborate through in-office partnerships. Our office is located at One World Trade Center, with easy transportation access and incredible NYC skyline views. For this role, you'll need to join us in the office 3 days per week (Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday) but not every week is needed, you'll also get at least one "Work from Anywhere" week each month to enjoy some flexibility.

The base salary for this position begins at $70,000 with a maximum salary opportunity of $85,000. When determining compensation for roles, we look at qualifications needed for the position along with the mix of required and preferred skills/experiences, market data, and existing team equity. We rarely hire an individual into a position at the top of the salary band due to the belief that we are hiring people into roles that also challenge them to learn and grow. The band highlights that potential. We put an emphasis on growth and development through our performance and compensation reviews 2x a year in parallel with ongoing conversions with your manager throughout the year.
