The Role and What You’ll Do:

160over90 is seeking an Account Executive to join a dedicated team responsible for the day-to-day management of a Client’s global sponsorship portfolio. This role will service the payment services Client’s FIFA partnership, which encompasses all FIFA competitions worldwide including the FIFA World Cup 2026TM. Position may be in San Francisco, Los Angeles, or New York. Client is based in San Francisco.

Support the day-to-day implementation of the Client’s FIFA partnership. Participate in the planning, implementation and measurement/tracking of partnership rights and assets. This may include creative approvals, event logistics, tickets/hospitality, guidelines and toolkits, imagery and video management, premiums/merchandise, etc.Manage planning and activation of Client’s partnership assets for other FIFA events including U17 and U20 Men’s and Women’s World Cups, Futsal World Cups, and Beach Soccer World CupsServe as onsite venue manager for delivery of Client’s programs at FIFA eventsInteract with and provide day-to-day communication to multiple Client contacts along with appropriate agencies, property partners, stakeholders, vendors, and any other relevant parties involved in the partnershipProvide research and prepare decks focused on global soccer and the client’s product category (i.e., competitive analysis, industry research)Support the client’s global sponsorship team on strategic planningCoordinate client meetings, deliverables, and follow-ups

You Have These:

Bachelor’s Degree3 years of property, agency, or client-based sponsorship management experience in the sports industryExperience working on or with soccer platforms/propertiesExperience working with payment companies, finance, or retail banking a plusUnderstanding of and practical experience with onsite event marketing operations and logisticsProven experience with development and implementation of sponsorship marketing strategies on behalf of clients/companiesPrior experience with day-to-day relationship management of clients, agencies, and vendorsAbility to prioritize workflow, manage multiple projects simultaneously and drive resultsAbility to think creatively and strategicallyAbility to problem-solve independently and in groupsExcellent time management, written and oral communication skillsAbility to work flexible hours and travel for extended periods of time

Per local requirements and in the interest of transparency, the range shown below reflects the prevalent current hiring range for this position. Hiring pay rates are based on a number of factors, including location and may vary depending on job-related qualifications, knowledge, skills and experience. Endeavor strives to provide locally competitive rewards packages, which include base rate along with, as applicable, short- and long-term incentives, growth and developmental opportunities, and robust benefits, such as health care, retirement, vacation and other paid time off, and additional offerings.

Hiring Range Minimum :

$64,480 annually

Hiring Range Maximum:

$67,000 annually
