160over90’s Senior Account Executives are expected not to ask for solutions, but provide them through your own expertise, your research and the support of your colleagues and management team. Successful members are those who deliver under the most challenging situations, exceeding client expectations while ensuring internal alignment from creative and executive teams. In exchange, 160over90 provides you the autonomy to “own” your business, exposure to high-level clients, engagement in complex and challenging projects, competitive pay/benefits, and career growth potential in a fast-paced, fun agency environment.Responsibilities:Day-to-Day client contactBuild and maintain a strong, long-lasting client relationshipDevelop a trusted relationship with the creative, strategy, digital, and XM field and production teamsEnsure timely and successful delivery of projectsParticipate in the development/planning of customized programs that meet client objectives.Manage projects that include social campaigns, experiential events, influencer management, and integrated marketing campaignsTrack key program metricsIdentify and grow opportunitiesImplement Training DevelopmentDevelop training manual and program materials including presentations, status documents and recapsResponsible for inventory management including event ticket tracking and distribution, communication schedules, etc.Development of event communications – from experience listings, guest reminder and event communications, and detailed event itineraries.Work hand-in-hand with field managers to oversee and monitor success of programReport weekly program recapsAssist in final recapLimited Travel required for event client meetings, and experiential events staffing and managementNight and weekend work needed periodicallyPerform additional duties as assignedWe’d Love If You Have These:Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing/Advertising or a related field, or equivalent work experience3-4+ years of agency account management experience, brand build and including experiential marketingHospitality experience a plusProven capacity in writing clear and inspiring Creative Briefs & Executive communicationsProficient use in Microsoft Office products: PowerPoint, Excel and Word, as well as Keynote and Google SlidesExperience in developing and maintaining internal/external time frames and client budgetExperience working with brand clients, internal teams and other agency partnersStrong project management skills and the ability to multitask multiple client requestsTeam player with a positive attitudeSuperior client relationship/service skillsAbility to think strategically and creativelyStrong problem-solving skillsExcellent time management, written and oral communication skillsDetail-oriented and able to project manage care and follow-throughAbility to adapt to changes and work in a fast-paced, demanding environmentDependable and proactiveAbility to maintain confidentiality at all timesHow we work:
