The Role and What You'll Do:

160over90 is seeking a Senior Account Manager to join the Client Services team to lead business on a variety of high-profile clients. The Senior Account Manager manages and executes project workstreams and interfaces and sustains client relationships for major consumer brands with minimal supervision. The Senior Account Manager must have a background in experiential marketing including a strong understanding of the intricacies of planning and executing events. Experience with luxury brands is preferred.

Important characteristics for success in this role are solid verbal and written communication skills, strong organizational and multi-tasking skills, interpersonal skills and a proactive approach. It is also essential that this person has a strong understanding of brand marketing and sponsorship specifically in the experiential space, a background in client service and ability to project manage and create integrative solutions across multiple different teams (account, strategy, production, creative, digital, etc.).

The Sr. Account Manager will oversee Account Managers and/or Account Coordinators across a variety of projects.

The 160over90 office environment is informal, but highly professional and collaborative, requiring high-quality work and individual initiative as work can often be fast paced and dynamic. Each staff member is part of the collective team and must be willing to perform a wide breadth of activities.

Provide support to VP, Client Service on planning and developing work needed to execute projects across the accountAct as day-to-day client contact and lead client projects with little oversight while overseeing and managing a cross-functional internal teamDemonstrate current working knowledge of sponsorship activation including the intricacies of planning eventsBuild and strengthen client relationships through leadership, relationship building and program developmentOversee and manage a variety of project deliverables simultaneouslyManage internal and external staff on execution and delivery of programsOversee all project budget and billing needsDevelop appropriate communication to client, internal team members or other pertinent individuals on an as needed basisLead and mentor direct reportsApply best practices and learnings from previous projects to elevate performance levelCreate accountability practices within companyYou Have These:

5-7 years demonstrated experience in client service (agency experience preferred)3-5 years demonstrated team management experienceStrong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple projects at one timeExcellent communication (written & verbal) to include interpersonal skillsProficiency in project management and proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budgetExperience managing cross-functional team including strategy, creative, production, etc.Experience working with large consumer brandsAbility to build and manage large project budgetsStrong relationship building skills with ability to develop and sustain strong working relationships with colleagues, clients and partnersProven experience and ability to effectively present marketing campaign concepts and ideas to an audienceAdept at building relationships and working in a team environment with proven track record of sharing ideas, providing encouragement, building on other's ideas, giving due appreciation and bringing out the best in othersProactive, positive, can-do attitude with demonstrated problem solving and solution skillsWilling and able to work nonstandard work hours, weekends and travel as necessaryMicrosoft Office proficient (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Per local requirements and in the interest of transparency, the range shown below reflects the prevalent current hiring range for this position. Hiring pay rates are based on a number of factors, including location and may vary depending on job-related qualifications, knowledge, skills and experience. Endeavor strives to provide locally competitive rewards packages, which include base rate along with, as applicable, short- and long-term incentives, growth and developmental opportunities, and robust benefits, such as health care, retirement, vacation and other paid time off, and additional offerings.

Hiring Range Minimum:$76,875 annually

Hiring Range Maximum:$102,500 annually
