Surface Mount Technology (SMT) Operator

Sanmina Corporation in Manchester, NH has an opening for a Surface Mount Technology (SMT) Operator. As a SMT Machine Operator (for electronic assembly), you will tend to the machine by quickly and efficiently loading/replenishing feeders with reels of components, entering programs into automated placement machinery, and prepping for the next build with the primary goal being to maximize machine productive time.

Requirements/Responsibilities

Proficient in the setup and operation of SMT equipment (Fuji, Mydata), SMT screen printers, automatic and semi-automatic pick-and-place systems and reflow ovensComponent Identification knowledge. Feeder sizes and pitches.Ability to understand and implement SMT operations per drawings and assembly proceduresAttention to detail in the preparation for and SMT assembly of complex PCBsGood communication skillsEducation and Experience :

Previous experience as an SMT Operator in Electronic ManufacturingStrong knowledge of Surface Mount Technology processes and equipmentAbility to read, write and communicate in EnglishHigh School or GED
