_JOB DUTIES:

Primary responsibility for assigned client relationship, overseeing client communication, timelines, deliverables and reporting, with a particular focus on large enterprise client types or multi-faceted clientsLead or participate in client periodic planning, strategy and review meetingsPrepare existing client proposals and SOWs with minimal oversight or revisionGrow revenue by identifying and selling new business opportunities to existing clients, with minimal senior level oversightEffectively explain and differentiate between various media and digital service solution options with clients in order to meet client objectivesFamiliar with, and able to effectively explain all facets of various media tactics, execution and measurement, and to seek assistance from internal resources when appropriateTrack and manage client billing against project budgetReport and participate in senior level agency planning, client budget expectations, annual strategy opportunities and trackingParticipate in new business development and presentations, as neededProactively work to develop new business opportunities for agencyAssist with internal team management, including interviewing, budget management and performance to goal tracking, etc.Supervise junior team members, as assignedCoach and manage director reports, by leading and inspiring career development_EDUCATIONAL/EXPERIENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:

Seven or more years of account and/or client service management experienceThree or more years of leadership experience with direct reportsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsExcellent time management skills and ability to make independent, sound judgments regarding work priorities and deadlineDemonstrate judgment to make decisions and to escalate issues when appropriateDemonstrate ability to lead a team and build collaborative internal team cultureDetailed knowledge of search engine optimization, social and paid media marketing and measurement tools so as to be able to work with internal teams to complete projectsAbility to think strategically in order to identify, analyze and resolve complex business and client challenges, and to effectively communicate ideas internally and to clients_PHYSICAL/COGNITIVE REQUIREMENTS: (without accommodation or with reasonable accommodation)
