JOB DUTIES:

Primary responsibility for assigned client relationship, overseeing client communication, timelines, deliverables and reporting, with a particular focus on large enterprise client types or multi-faceted clients

Lead or participate in client periodic planning, strategy and review meetings

Prepare existing client proposals and SOWs with minimal oversight or revision

Grow revenue by identifying and selling new business opportunities to existing clients, with minimal senior level oversight

Effectively explain and differentiate between various media and digital service solution options with clients in order to meet client objectives

Familiar with, and able to effectively explain all facets of various media tactics, execution and measurement, and to seek assistance from internal resources when appropriate

Track and manage client billing against project budget

Report and participate in senior level agency planning, client budget expectations, annual strategy opportunities and tracking

Participate in new business development and presentations, as needed

Proactively work to develop new business opportunities for agency

Assist with internal team management, including interviewing, budget management and performance to goal tracking, etc.

Supervise junior team members, as assigned; coach and manage director reports, by leading and inspiring career development

EDUCATIONAL/EXPERIENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:

Seven or more years of account and/or client service management experience

Three or more years of leadership experience with direct reports

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Excellent time management skills and ability to make independent, sound judgments regarding work priorities and deadlines

Demonstrate judgment to make decisions and to escalate issues when appropriate

Demonstrate ability to lead a team and build collaborative internal team culture

Detailed knowledge of search engine optimization, social and paid media marketing and measurement tools so as to be able to work with internal teams to complete projects

Ability to think strategically in order to identify, analyze and resolve complex business and client challenges, and to effectively communicate ideas internally and to clients

PHYSICAL/COGNITIVE REQUIREMENTS:
