(CTI) is an industry leader in the handling and storage of liquid and dry bulk products.Colonial Terminals owns and operates the largest, independent, liquid and dry bulk storage facilities with breakbulk capability in the Southeastern United States.
Build Your Career, Impact Your Community, Join Our Colonial Family!The Vice President of Sales and Marketing oversees and leads the sales and marketing functions of Colonial Terminals. They plan, organize, and direct the marketing effort for the company’s services, participating in and/or directing terminal product storage contract negotiations and contract administration, having contract execution authority. Reporting to the Division President, the Vice President of Sales and Marketing is responsible for:Developing and executing the sales and marketing strategy and vision for the organization.Leading and managing sales and marketing team members and ensuring they achieve their targets and objectives.Collaborating with other senior leaders and departments, especially operations, to align the sales and marketing goals and activities with the organization’s capabilities, mission, and vision.Building and maintaining strong relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders.Analyzing market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities and developing plans to increase market share and profitability.Creating and implementing effective branding, advertising, and promotional campaigns for the organization’s products and servicesEvaluating and optimizing the performance and ROI of sales and marketing initiatives and campaignsReporting and presenting the sales and marketing results and insights to the Senior Leadership Team.Qualifications/Requirements:Bachelor’s degree or higher in marketing, sales, business, or a related field.Ten (10) years or greater experience in marketing and sales with at least a portion in the transportation and logistics space, preferably in the bulk handling market.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, including the ability to evaluate financial models.Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.Ability to influence and motivate others and drive change across the organization.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software.Eligibility Requirements:
