RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for the development of end to end Citrix system architectures and designs to support emerging business needsArchitect, design, develop, and deploy Citrix virtualization technologies for approximately 10,000 usersAct as the technical expert for Citrix integration projectsWork with customers to determine their functional needs, translating customer needs into hardware/software requirements for existing or new hardware/software applicationsImproves and automates tasks associated with building, configuring, patching, and upgrading core infrastructure platforms, hardware, and softwareProvide Tier III support to deployed systemsParticipate in functional or user acceptance testing to ensure final products meets the customers needsConduct technical exchange meetings and mentor other engineersCreate test plans, installation guides, technical specifications, and white papers as requiredLead in the review and research of new technologies in response to project requirements and business needsDevelop implementation and support plans through migration from POC / lab through test and ultimately to production environmentsMonitor and recognize constraints of specific infrastructure architectures and provide alternate scalable solutions in order to meet business and project requirements QUALIFICATIONS Required ExperienceFive or more years of current Citrix architecture/engineering experience leveraging tools such as Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops 7.x, Citrix Provisioning Services 5.6+, Citrix StoreFront, Citrix Netscaler 10.x, 11.x, 12.x and VMware vSphere 5.x, 6.xWindows Server 2008, 2012, 2016+Experience in process/administration automation including scripting with PowerShellCitrix certifications preferredBachelor's degree in computer or information science preferred Desired ExperienceAD Domain & Group PolicyAzure Virtual DesktopsFSlogix profile Management
