or paramedic) – OR - Do you have experience in healthcare simulation or have professional acting training?
As a Simulation Participant 2 with healthcare experience (RN,
EMT ,
CNA , paramedic), you will be asked to portray a healthcare team member and expected to perform simulated medical tasks while interacting with clinical professionals (learners) in a simulation clinical learning environment.
As a Simulated Participant 2 with professional acting training, you will be asked to act in somewhat intense and difficult scenarios including taking on the role of mental health patients, engaging in difficult conversations, and being involved in simulation that addresses sensitive subjects. You may also be asked to provide feedback to the learners regarding your experience as a patient during the debrief after the simulation.
You may participate in video productions, support voice-over for e-learning courses, photographs and other teaching material as required.
Roles and shift will be assigned by the Program manager and payment are coordinated by the College of Nursing Simulation Center Staff.

Experience working in a variety of theatrical and multimedia settings.
