Professional Certificate (CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+, or CCNA) or Associate Degree 3 years of relevant experience Proficiency in troubleshooting network applications, hardware, and software issues Strong understanding of standard Windows desktop applications and email systems Excellent communication and customer service skills Duties:

Provide phone and in-person support to users for email, directories, and desktop applications Serve as the initial point of contact for troubleshooting network applications Diagnose and resolve hardware and software PC and printer problems Assist users with applications developed under the contract or its predecessors Ensure efficient resolution of technical issues and provide timely updates to users Document and track support requests and resolutions Communicate effectively with users to understand and address their technical problems
