Aya Locums has an immediate opening for the following position: Locum CRNA in West Plains, MS - $190/hr-$210/hr

Contract Length: 3 months, w/ possible extension
Shift Details: Days, 40hrs + call
Schedule: Mon-Fri, 7a-5p, 7a-3p
Call Details: weekday call 3p-7a, 1 weekday call per week, 1 weekend per month (24 weekend call)
Work Details:
Supervised by a Surgeon or ANES doc: ANES (1 on duty)
Patients per day for the locum: 12-15
Patient population/age: all ages
Department description: 5 CRNAs covering OR, GI Lab, OB C-section emergencies and Epidurals
EMR: Meditech , CRNAs document on paper intraoperatively
Hospital bed size: 114 beds, Level II Trauma
Types of Case TEE, cardioversions (rare), no Cath lab unless an emergency, ER if emergency
Skills required: manage all of surgery, endo, OB, and epidurals.

Board Certification: CRNA
License required: yes, or compact if can start by Nov 15.
DEA: yes
CSR: yes
Certifications required: BLS, ACLS, PALS
Minimum experience required: 1 year min.
Credentialing Timeframe: 3-4 weeks (could be longer depending on meeting timing)
