is a home care agency located in Portage, IN. We are growing fast and looking for new caregivers to join our team. We have clients 24/7 and also look for those who can do live-ins.

We have clients all around the area an are in need of those who can fill small shifts, large shifts and weekend shifts.

We are looking for a Scheduling Coordinator to join our team and help manage our day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, the ability to multitask, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. The Scheduling Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating schedules, ensuring that all appointments are properly booked and confirmed, and providing customer service support when needed. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is looking to develop their skills in a professional setting.

Responsibilities:

Create and maintain schedules for staff and customers.Manage customer inquiries and complaints.Coordinate meetings, events, and appointments.Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions.Monitor changes in scheduling needs and adjust accordingly.Ensure all scheduling information is accurate and up-to-date.Communicate with customers to confirm appointments and provide updates.Job Type: Full-time

Compensation: $37,500.00 - $42,000.00 per year
