With comfortable and well-appointed treatment rooms, as well as a relaxation room, outdoor hydrotherapy pool, and sauna, our spa combines the best of luxurious resort amenities and serene spa atmosphere. Guests can indulge in the full spa experience, then enjoy the resort's vibrant gardens and farm-to-table food.
The Spa at Willows Lodge offers luxury therapeutic and relaxation spa services to our clientele of local and hotel guests.
SUMMARY
Perform massage, body and couple's treatments while providing personal and customized attention to each guest.
AVAILABLE SHIFTS
2pm to 7pm daily
For part-time positions we require at least (1) weekday and (1) weekend shift.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITSWage: 36% commission for services provided. Hourly equivalent average for commission ranges from $40.50 - $43. Hourly tip average ranges from $21.40 - $24.40.Retail commission of 15% of retail salesEligible for 401(k) retirement plan with employer match following 1 year of service under our existing plan26 hours of sick pay accrued in the first year based on an employee working 20 hours/week18 hours of paid time off accrued in the first year based on an employee working 20 hours/weekFree and nearby employee parkingComplimentary salad & sandwich bar available in break room at all timesDiscounted hotel stays at our property as well as sister propertiesESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Perform various types of massage treatments i.e., Swedish, Deep Tissue, Sports, etc.Prepare and maintain treatment area supplies dailyEnsure the privacy of each guestMaintain the cleanliness and neatness of facilityPromote and sell massage and body productsAttend departmental staff meetings as requestedAttend product knowledge training as requiredPerform special tasks as requested by the Spa Manager or Spa DirectorQualifications
Proficiency in all components of massage, body and hydrotherapy, i.e., anatomy and physiologyProficiency in performing a variety of body treatments in addition to being well versed in new developmentsMinimum of 2 years professional experience as a massage therapistPrevious luxury spa experience preferredValid WA State Massage LicenseAbility to lift 20-30 poundsAbility to stand for long periods of timeWeekend schedule availability
Compensation Range
The compensation for this position is $40.50/Hr. - $43.00/Hr. based on qualifications and experience.
