The ideal candidate will be passionate, outgoing, and professional with a keen eye for detail, committed to delivering excellence, and a talent for leading and inspiring others in a high-standard environment. At least 2 years of restaurant management experience with a background in fine dining and high volume is required. Union and luxury hotel experience are a plus.

What will I be doing?
As a Food & Beverage Manager, you would be responsible for assisting the manager in directing and organizing the activities and services of the restaurant to deliver an excellent guest experience. Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
Assist in the management of operations to include, but not limited to, guest service standards and initiatives, product quality, cost controls and overall profitability, marketing initiatives, systems use and management, budgeting and forecasting, department management, policy and procedure implementation and enforcement and meeting participation and facilitationAssist in monitoring and developing team member performance to include, but not limited to, providing supervision, conducting counselling and evaluations and delivering recognition and rewardAssist in monitoring and assessing product quality and service and satisfaction trends, evaluate and address issues and make improvements accordinglyEnsure compliance with health, safety, sanitation and alcohol awareness standardsAssist in initiating and implementing marketing and up-selling techniques to promote restaurant food and beverage and services and to maximize overall revenueAssist in recruiting, interviewing and training team membersAct in the absence of the manager, as neededWhat are we looking for?

Salary Range:
The annual salary range for this role is $70,000 - $80,000 and is based on applicable and specialized experience and location.
