So, what’s the role all about?

As a Sales Development Representative you’ll be an effective and fearless communicator who can smoothly navigate objections on a sales call. The role involves researching companies and contacts, outbound campaigns and eventually working with senior account executives to move deals through the pipeline. It is a dynamic role that fits high energy, collaborative and smart salespeople. A person with the ability to speak and write in Spanish is highly desired.

How will you make an impact?

Identify potential customers through various methods, such as online research, social media, networking events, and industry databases.Compile lists of potential leads to target based on ideal customer profiles and market segments.Make initial contact with potential leads through phone calls to introduce the company’s products or services.Determine the suitability of leads based on predefined criteria such as budget, authority, need, and timeline (BANT).Arrange meetings or product demonstrations between qualified leads and the sales team.Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions with leads in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.

Inside sales experience in technologyExperience with financial or banking solutions preferredDynamic self-starter with strong communication skills, “Hunter” mentality and a can-do attitudeProficient with web presentation toolsExperience working with Salesforce.com a plusStrong listening and presentation skillsAbility to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectivelyAbility to succeed in a quick sales cycle environment

Experience/knowledge of Actimize solutions.
