We are looking for a Marketing Sales Representative that will be the liaison between our company and its current and potential contractors. The ideal candidate will be charismatic and personable with the ability to quickly make a positive first impression, consistent communication, and follow-ups. In this role, you will uphold and build relationships with a broad variety of contractors to allow us to become their preferred provider when disaster strikes. You will manage a specific territory generating leads and building sales pipeline through strategic account mapping, emailing, social media, newsletters, in-person events, educational events, and other sales and marketing activities to network.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

Build and maintain relationships with vendors and contractors throughout the targeted areaRemote work in assigned territory meeting contractors (plumbers), business to business.Qualify clients determining proper fit for our service and referral programManage all marketing plans and attending key marketing events in the areaManage your referral partners regularly with value-added touchpointsAchieve enrollment, job, and revenue targets monthlyFollow up on new leads and referrals resulting from field activity.Meet and surpass goals set in place for weekly/monthly/ yearly achievements.Professionally promote our company and brand through face-to-face interactionsComplete weekly sales reportsDevelop and maintain monthly marketing routesQualifications:

Great persuasive and negotiation skillsStrong ability to think outside the box and work independently to expand company brandBusiness development and account management experienceProficient in technology and dealing with equipment and softwareMust be able to stand and walk for long hours at a timeStrong time management and organizational skills3 years in B2B SalesValid driver’s license and Ability to travel frequently as required of the job.DRIRITE’s team of specially trained water damage technicians diagnose the severity and probable causes of water damage, and get it taken care of.
