Allphase Roofing & Restoration is hiring a Business Development Manager in Cleveland, OH.
As a Business Development Manager you will be the liaison between our company and its current and potential contractors. The ideal candidate will be charismatic and personable with the ability to quickly make a positive first impression, consistent communication, and follow-ups. In this role, you will uphold and build relationships with a broad variety of contractors to allow us to become their preferred provider when disaster strikes. You will manage a specific territory generating leads and building sales pipeline through strategic account mapping, emailing, social media, newsletters, in-person events, educational events, and other sales and marketing activities to network.

Job Responsibilities:Build and maintain relationships with vendors and contractors throughout the targeted areaRemote work in assigned territory meeting contractors (plumbers), business to businessQualify clients determining proper fit for our service and referral programManage all marketing plans and attending key marketing events in the areaManage your referral partners regularly with value-added touchpointsAchieve enrollment, job, and revenue targets monthlyFollow up on new leads and referrals resulting from field activityMeet and surpass goals set in place for weekly/monthly/ yearly achievementsProfessionally promote our company and brand through face-to-face interactionsComplete weekly sales reportsDevelop and maintain monthly marketing routesJob Requirements:
Great persuasive and negotiation skillsStrong ability to think outside the box and work independently to expand company brandBusiness development and account management experienceStrong time management and organizational skills3 years in B2B SalesValid driver's license and Ability to travel frequently as required of the job
