Momentum Healthcare Staffing is seeking a permanent full time Psychiatrist in South Bend, IN.Requirements:Specialty: PsychiatryEducation: MD or DOLicense: Indiana and willing to get licensed in IndianaBE/BC: Must be Board CertifiedYears of Experience: Open to new gradsFacility Details:Dates/Schedule needed: Full time, but they can be flexible.Office hours are 8-5 M-F.Willing to look at applicants who do not fit exact schedule of need/flexible: YesAdditional information:Average Caseload: 15-20 minute follow up appointments, and assessments 45-75 mins. No more than two assessments per day. CCBHC model: "Just in time" scheduling. Also,. they add in time for paperwork and lunch daily to the schedule.Patient Population: Child/Adolescent and Adult. Medicare and Medicaid. Sliding fee scale.
