The ideal candidate will coordinate and conduct performance measurements on new and advanced telecommunication equipment and techniques.WHAT WE OFFER:Our company offers great benefits, from tuition reimbursement to training and development opportunities. Come join our team!Responsibilities:Maintains and troubleshoots phone systemMaintains and troubleshoot video conferencing systemsMaintain and troubleshoot security camerasWork alongside network team to maintain and troubleshoot Wi-FiProject mgmt. assistance for new turn-upsAssist in daily Help Desk duties pertaining to above technologies or when assistance is neededQualifications:
Requires 10+ year experience installing and commissioning telecom systemsExperience utilizing SIP technologies for trunk/call paths requiredExperience with Mitel or ShoreTel phone systems desiredExperience with an ISP or telecommunications company desiredKnowledge of Central Office infrastructure and installation practices desiredNetwork certifications are considered a plusRequires good oral and written communicationAbility to work as part of a teamExcellent problem-solving skillsAbility to work on multiple projectsDesire to learn and apply what you learn immediately
