About our Sales Development Rep Team:

At Matik, we see the SDR team as the primary pipeline generator and talent engine of Matik. What You'll Do in Your Role:

Work inbound leads that are generated by Matik's marketing team.Generate new leads by carefully orchestrating outreach campaigns with a mixture of emails, calls, voicemails, and social interactions.Write cold outreach templates, phone/voicemail scripts, and social messages tailored to Matik's ideal customer profile.Identify the appropriate decision-maker(s) in each target account. Become an expert on their pain points, priorities, and performance metrics.Keep the top of the funnel consistently stocked with meetings. At this stage, the goal is not to sell the solution but to sell the opportunity to get value and insight from mutual exploration.Be incredibly diligent about managing interactions with customers in Salesforce.Prioritize your time daily. As an SDR, you're responsible for juggling a high volume of calls, emails, and internal/external meetings.Collaborate with Account Executives and sales leadership. Use your learnings from interactions with prospects to push the thinking of our sales team.

Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent sales experience.1+ year in a customer-facing role.

Preferred Qualifications:

1+ year in a Sales Development role in the Technology/SaaS industry.Experience with outbound prospecting.Salesforce experience or similar CRM.Strong work ethic, self-motivation, and time management.Comfortability in a high-growth, startup environment.Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.Track record of coachability and growth-mindset.

Estimated salary range, depending on experience: $65,000 - $85,000 OTE (on-target earnings) + equity + benefits.
