You’ll join a talented team focused on one thing: using technology and Lyft’s network of drivers to improve transportation for a company’s client’s customers and employees. We’re looking for smart, ambitious individuals with sales experience who want to transform the way people move around.Responsibilities:

Lead net-new business development within assigned categoriesBuild and manage a sales pipeline by developing trusted client relationships from initial contact to deal closeAccurately forecast, track, and manage revenue and opportunities with multiple systems and tools (Salesforce, Outreach, Email, Google Suite, Mode, and Tableau)Achieve quarterly growth and sales quotasAct as the expert in Lyft Business solutions and perfect sales strategies focusing on the various industriesBe the primary point of contact and build relationships with multiple decision makers with prospects and customersEstablish collaborative relationships with Lyft Business customers and demonstrate Lyft value to client-focused initiativesFacilitate training, account review, customer engagement, and customer success criteriaLiaise with internal stakeholders, including Operations and Marketing, to drive the effectiveness of sales campaigns and initiativesRepresent Lyft at marketing and trade show eventsTravel up to 10% of the time, depending on territory, for meetings and visits to client locationsReports directly to the Regional Manager, Outbound AcquisitionExperience:

3-5 years of successful sales experiencePrevious experience with SaaS integration in the Automotive, Ride share, Hospitality, or Technology industries a major plusExperience managing an end-to-end sales cycle: prospecting, pitching, objection-handling, closing, and account managementExcellent written, verbal, and presentation skillsHigh levels of sales persistence and work ethicDemonstrated success in exceeding quotasComfortable working in a fast-paced, ever-changing environmentHigh energy with an outgoing, social personalityImpeccable customer service and problem-solving skillsPrior experience selling into businesses (B2B) preferredBenefits:

Additionally, hybrid roles have the flexibility to work from anywhere for up to 4 weeks per year.The expected base pay range for this position in the San Francisco area is $77,000 - $96,250. Salary ranges are dependent on a variety of factors, including qualifications, experience and geographic location. Range is not inclusive of potential equity offering, bonus or benefits.
